Who are we?
Founded back in 2008, we are a small fast growing property manager solely focused on the Wellington region, locally owned and operated, with today around $100 million in assets under management. Property Management is an important part of wealth management. Our Managing Director has a Masters Degree in Economics and spent years working in financial advisory before moving to specialise in Property. We are a strong advocate for making Property Management better, as promoted by the RPMANZ.
We have been around through earthquakes, building projects, leaky homes repairs, pandemics, a few Prime Ministers, compliance changes and many protests and disputes and learned from it all. We are still waiting for a normal year. We bring these skills and experiences to you to make your returns mighty.
